Position Overview
The Tracy Marks Insurance Agency is looking for a dynamic and reliable customer service representative who is interested in becoming a full- time office manager with our agency. If you are customer focused and enjoy working with the public this is a great opportunity for growth within our agency.
As an office manager, you will be responsible for our customers' experience and an integral part of cultivating our company culture. The office manager will ensure the agency runs smoothly by answering phone calls, sending emails, and overseeing operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include billing clarification, transfers, policy changes and explanation of coverages.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, events, mailing, updating databases, and maintaining filing systems.
- Maintain office efficiency by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, overseeing supplies and equipment inventory.
Skills & Qualifications
- Property & Casuality Insurance License Preferred or candidate willing to obtain (paid training included)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multi-tasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Self- motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
