- Ensure seamless integration of processes, tools, and teams across the enterprise.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance on technical solutions and architecture to support transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

- Proven experience in leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in software development and technical leadership.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and tools (Targetprocess preferred; Jira, Rally, Align acceptable).

- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with large-scale Agile transformations.
- Familiarity with portfolio management and value stream mapping.
- Certifications in SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks are a plus.
