What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI/ML Engineer position at Eliassen Group?
**Hybrid | -2 days/week onsite (Plano, TX or Alpharetta, GA)**
Our client is looking for AI/ML Engineers to support critical projects in their CDO.

Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2
Required Skills
• Python & AI/ML Frameworks: Demonstrated expertise in Python and at least one major AI/ML framework.
• API Development: Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, with a solid understanding of web API architecture principles.
• Database Management: Strong proficiency in designing, integrating, and managing multiple databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Big Data & Distributed Computing: Experience working with big data processing frameworks such as Spark and Delta Lake for scalable data processing.
• Databricks: Hands-on experience with Databricks for collaborative data engineering and machine learning workflows.
• AI Agent Integration: Proven expertise in integrating and orchestrating AI agents, large language models (LLMs), or multi-agent systems.
• LLM Pipeline Experience: Direct experience designing, building, and optimizing LLM pipelines, including data ingestion, pre-processing, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• AI Workflow Tools: Experience working with AI agent workflow tools such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• LLM APIs: Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
• Cloud Computing & Azure Architecture: Good understanding of cloud computing concepts, scalability, and solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Azure
• Containerization (Docker) & Orchestration (Kubernetes): Experience deploying and managing applications using Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Web Application Integration: Proven experience with the integration of AI models and web applications via Python
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Preferred/Nice to Have Skills
• Model Context Protocol (MCP): Experience with MCP for coordinating and managing AI models and agent workflows.
• Containerization & Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (GCP, Azure).
• Full-Stack Development: Full-stack development experience is a bonus
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Next.js.
• Specific Industry/Domain Knowledge: Specific industry/domain knowledge relevant to telecommunications will be preferable.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
