AI-Driven Data Solutions Specialist

Pay Rate: $70.00 - $74.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Overview: We are seeking innovative and driven individuals to join our team as AI-Driven Data Solutions Specialists. This role focuses on leveraging AI technologies to enhance code generation and data insights within a single, data-intensive application. The ideal candidates will have a strong interest in solving complex problems through AI-approved solutions and a curiosity about integrating story writing and data modeling into their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI tools, including our proprietary tool Eliza (connected to ChatGPT and ClaudeAI), to assist in code generation and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to propose and develop data insights and solutions.
• Conduct data validation and develop workflows to ensure data integrity and security.
• Engage in prototyping with AI tools to explore new solutions and improve existing processes.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that support business growth.
• Create and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data scientists to establish business goals and translate them into actionable business analysis solutions.
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity before implementing findings.
• Develop reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings to key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database concepts, including PostgreSQL and Oracle RDBMS.
• Experience in analytics, data science, and testing, with a focus on both positive and negative test cases.
• Ability to work with BI tools and think critically about tool application.
• Strong-willed, opinionated, and able to thrive in a high-stress environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to debate and defend points of view.
• Experience in data privacy and general data rules, with an understanding of necessary features for data security.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI technologies and tools.
• Background in data science, engineering, or product management.
• Familiarity with BI tools and analytics-driven concepts.
