What You’ll Do:
As a BDC Representative, you’ll play a key role in turning opportunities into appointments—and appointments into sales.
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries and inbound leads
- Engage customers via phone, text, and email to build relationships and set appointments
- Follow proven scripts and workflows to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
- Accurately input and manage customer data within CRM systems
- Coordinate and confirm sales and service appointments
- Utilize lead management tools to track, nurture, and convert opportunities
- Maintain detailed records and complete reports in a timely manner
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
