The Service BDC Representative assists customers with service appointment scheduling, updates on vehicle status, and retention efforts. This role requires outstanding phone skills, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Follow scripts and communication guidelines for all inbound and outbound calls
- Answer all calls promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Become proficient with BDC CRM systems; ensure all information is accurate
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Make outbound calls including no-shows, confirmations, marketing follow-ups, declined services, and assigned tasks
- Schedule service appointments accurately and evenly based on shop capacity
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
Requirements
- Dealership experience is a plus; customer service experience is a priority
- Must be flexible and available for mandatory Saturdays
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities
- Positive, dependable, and hardworking personality
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well within a team
