The Service BDC Representative plays a critical role in driving customer retention by scheduling service appointments, handling inbound and outbound communications, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
- Conduct outbound calls to service customers for maintenance reminders, declined services, recalls, and follow-up opportunities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM.
- Work closely with service advisors and management to maximize appointment show rates.
- Follow dealership processes and communication standards.
- Assist with customer retention initiatives and service marketing campaigns.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications
- Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
