Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers on the lot, initiating the sales process
- Showcase vehicle features and provide high-quality demonstrations
- Assist customers with sales applications and financing processes
- Support management in inspecting the lot and reporting issues
- Ensure vehicles are merchandised correctly to maximize sales potential
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers
- Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and engaging presentations
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Physical Requirements
