Role Description
We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Cleveland, Columbus Pittsburgh as well as those that are open to Travel. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction site activities, manage project schedules, ensure safety protocols are followed, and coordinate with subcontractors and team members to complete projects on time and within budget. The role involves ensuring quality standards, resolving issues that arise during construction, and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders to meet project goals effectively.

- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, delegation, and resource allocation
- Proficient in construction oversight, safety protocols, and on-site supervision
- Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in construction settings
- Knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
- Prior experience as a construction superintendent is required; commercial construction experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training or a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
