What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Elevations RTC?
Elevations, a residential behavioral health care facility for adolescents, is seeking a full-time groundskeeper. The starting wage is $20 per hour commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include vision, dental, health insurance, paid time off, and 401K.
All candidates must be able to pass the rigorous state background check.
Major Job Duties Include:
- General maintenance and upkeep of grounds and landscaping
- Mowing, weeding, fertilizing
- Maintenance of sprinkler system; ensures adequate watering of lawn and outside plants
- Planting grass, flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Removing and pruning plants and trees as needed
- General repair of outside grounds
- May include snow removal during winter months
- Assists in general maintenance of parking lots including cleaning of gutters
- Performs minor repairs on equipment and tools
- Operation and use of grounds maintenance and construction equipment, tools, and chemicals
