Core Responsibilities
- Landscape Artistry: Mow, rake, water, and fertilize lawns; plant and trim flowers and shrubs to keep the grounds vibrant.
- Precision Maintenance: Manage weed control and assist with the upkeep of complex irrigation and sprinkler systems.
- Equipment Mastery: Operate a variety of hand tools, electrical equipment, and automotive machinery.
- All-Season Readiness: Maintain parking areas and walkways, including snow and ice removal during late-season transitions.
- Technical Support: Perform preventative maintenance on lawnmowers, snow blowers, and small engines to keep the fleet running smoothly.
- Specialty Care: Under expert supervision, help apply fertilizers and treatments to keep the vegetation healthy.
- A Valid Driver’s License: Essential for operating equipment and moving across the site.
- Hands-on Experience: A background in professional landscaping, grounds care, or irrigation.
- Technical Comfort: Experience working with pesticides, herbicides, or specialized lawn chemicals.
- A Proactive Mindset: You see a task that needs doing and you jump in. You take initiative and move with purpose.
