What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Staff position at Elevations RTC?
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic full-time Maintenance Staff for our youth residential treatment center. This person will assist in maintaining the safety, aesthetics, and other important aspects of our maintenance department including maintenance and repairs as well as groundskeeping. Health, vision, dental insurance, and paid time off included. Starting wage commensurate with experience.
This person must be able to work under general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, taking directions to complete maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. Dynamic and fluid environment. Must be able to work without immediate supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
One year of grounds maintenance experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read, write, and follow routine oral and written instructions.
Training and Experience:
Knowledge of equipment, tools, and procedures of grounds construction and care.
Knowledge of grounds care and gardening.
Skill in operating grounds maintenance and grounds construction equipment.
Must possess a current certificate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid (on-site certification offered).
