What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper - Part Time position at Davis Technical College?
Performs a variety of routine skilled duties as needed to provide grounds and property upkeep.
Schedule: 6:30AM-11:30AM.
Part-time: Seeking ~25 hours/week.

- Performs planting, pruning, and maintenance to shrubs, perennials, annuals, and planter beds.
- Performs installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of irrigation water sprinkler system; repairs broken mains, laterals, valves, heads and filters; programs controllers and monitors water usage.
- Assists with snow removal as needed.
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Must be willing to work in conditions with exposure to outdoor elements, and work involving noise, fumes, heights, slippery surfaces, vibrations, moving parts, etc. and moderate exposure to dust, grease, motor fuels, insects, temperature changes, inclement weather, etc.
