Elevation Energy is building one of the fastest-growing residential energy sales organizations in California.
We are looking for experienced D2D solar leaders who know how to recruit, train, blitz, and produce at a high level.
This is a field leadership role.
Not a desk job.
Not a babysitting role.
Not corporate management.
You will build your own market, recruit your own team, run heavy blitzes, and lead from the front.
If you’ve built teams before - or know you should have been leading one already - this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and scale a D2D sales team in California
- Recruit aggressively every week
- Run consistent blitz programs and field training
- Knock doors with your team Thursday–Sunday
- Develop setters into closers and leaders
- Create culture, accountability, and production
- Personally produce while building an organization underneath you
- Help launch and scale new California markets
