Elevation Energy is building the dominant residential energy sales organization in Northern California.
Solar. Batteries. Generators. Service. EV.
We are looking for a true field leader to build and scale our Roseville market from the ground up.
This is not a “manage from the office” role.
You will recruit, train, lead blitzes, knock doors with your team, and build a high-producing organization around you.
If you know how to build culture, develop closers, and run heavy D2D volume, this can become a massive income opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a D2D solar sales team in Northern California
- Recruit aggressively Monday–Wednesday
- Run heavy blitz programs weekly
- Knock doors Thursday–Sunday with your team
- Train setters and closers in the field
- Drive accountability, culture, and production
- Personally close deals while developing leaders underneath you
- Help scale one of the fastest-growing home energy companies in California

Compensation
- 100% commission only
- Uncapped earning potential
