Energy Advisor – Elevation Energy | Rocklin, CA (In-Office)
About the Role
Elevation Energy is looking for hungry, motivated closers to join our Rocklin headquarters as Energy Advisors. This is a high-ticket, virtual sales position where you'll be meeting with homeowners face-to-face over video educating them, building trust, and closing deals on life-changing home energy upgrades.
You won't be knocking doors. You won't be cold calling strangers. You'll be sitting in a professional office environment, running structured virtual consultations with real homeowners who are ready to learn and ready to buy.
What You'll Be Selling
You'll be presenting and closing on a full suite of home energy upgrade products, including:
- Solar panels & solar batteries
- Backup generators
- AC & HVAC systems
- Home energy monitoring systems
- EV chargers & battery electric vehicle solutions
- Additional electrical upgrade products
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Running virtual appointments with homeowners via video call from our Rocklin office
- Walking homeowners through their current energy situation and showing them exactly how our products solve real problems
- Educating customers not pitching. The goal is a fully informed homeowner who makes a confident decision
- Closing high-ticket deals and building long-term relationships
- Working within a structured, high-performance sales team
How You Start
You'll come in as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) this is your launch pad. From day one, you're on a direct path to becoming a full Energy Advisor, where earning potential increases significantly. We promote fast. We promote based on results. If you perform, you move up simple.
Who We're Looking For
- Someone who can communicate clearly and confidently on camera
- A natural educator who doesn't pressure they inform
- Competitive, self-driven, and coachable
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required we will train the right person
- Must be willing to work fully in-office at our Rocklin, CA location
