Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide knowledgeable guidance on our curated selection of premium cannabis products, including flower, edibles, and concentrates.
Make personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and desired effects.
Educate customers on safe consumption methods, dosage, and product benefits.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
Assist with inventory management and product restocking as needed
Pay range: $16 to $19 per hour
Required skills
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- A passion for cannabis and a desire to educate others about its benefits.
