We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Marijuana Budtender to join our team in Brockton. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, sharing cannabis expertise, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
**Duties:**
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Educate customers on various cannabis products, strains, effects, and consumption methods
- Efficiently handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a tidy store by restocking products and ensuring cleanliness
- Work with team leads and managers to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Promote sales through product knowledge and outstanding customer service
- Be available for flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
**Qualifications:**
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Experience in sales or retail is advantageous
