- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facility equipment and systems.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems as needed.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of cultivation areas to ensure optimal growing conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.

Required skills
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
- Must pass any required pre-employment screenings.
