As an Office Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey—from the moment patients walk through the door to helping them understand their treatment and financial options.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in/check out patients with a warm, professional approach
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling
- Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care
- Discuss financial arrangements and payment options with patients
- Support daily front-office operations and maintain an organized, welcoming environment
- Complete end-of-day administrative and office duties
- Collaborate with the practice team to provide an excellent overall patient experience
- Previous dental front office experience is required
- Working knowledge of common dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented approach
- Monday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM
$20–$28/hour, based on experience
