Job Summary:
Join one of the largest packaging companies in the world as a Front End Loader Operator at their Fort Lauderdale production facility. Your hands-on expertise with front end loaders will directly support the plant’s efficient recycling and material flow operations, ensuring safety, organization, and productivity on the tip floor and yard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a front end loader to feed baler infeed belts and maintain consistent material flow to the sort line.
- Organize and manage incoming material piles by grade.
- Clear bay doors, ramps, and floors of debris to ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
- Monitor materials for contaminants and remove as necessary.
- Communicate with baler operators and other equipment operators to coordinate material movement.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance (engine, radiator, intake filters).
- Complete required maintenance and safety paperwork daily.
- Remain vigilant for pedestrian and customer activity on the tip floor and yard.
- Support general housekeeping and site organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven front end loader operating experience (not forklift/pallet jack).
- English reading and communication skills.
- Ability to pass full background clearance.
- Steel toe boots required; other PPE provided.
- Availability for rotating day shifts (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
- Preferred: Recycling facility or materials recovery experience; formal loader operator training/certification.
