Machine Operator

GL STAFFING

We are looking for candidates with experience setting up and operating automatic saws with automatic feed tables.

Job Duties / Requirements:

• Set up and operate automatic saws
• Cut metal bars, rods, and structural shapes
• Machines are computer-driven, so candidates must be comfortable navigating a computer screen
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to climb ladders throughout the shift
• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is strongly preferred

Day Shift

• 1 Machine Operator $18.00
• 1 Crane Operator $18.00

Night Shift

• 1 Machine Operator $18.00
• 1 Crane Operator $18.00

DAY SHIFT SCHEDULE

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE

Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday: Optional approximately 85% of the time

MUST HAVE A CLEAR BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST AS REQUIRED, PAY RATE $18H
