Job Title: LOA/WC Specialist
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Duration: 5 Months
Job Type: Contract

Top Required Skills:
- Expertise in LOA administration (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, Workers’ Comp, STD/LTD)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee leave
- High-volume case management, organization, and multitasking skills
Must-Have Skills:
- 2–5 years of FMLA/LOA administration experience
- Knowledge of LOA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of state workers’ compensation regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with PeopleSoft
- Associate degree or two years of college
- CEBS designation
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer LOA programs including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, STD, and LTD in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Serve as subject-matter expert for LOA, FMLA, STD, and LTD, providing guidance and resolving issues
- Ensure accurate application of federal and state leave laws and company policies
- Support organizational mission, values, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives
- Interact professionally with employees and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
- Maintain punctuality, follow organizational policies, and contribute positively to team culture
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on LOA/FMLA administration experience
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing leave plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
- Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
