Job description:
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a growing organization’s accounting team. This role involves managing full-cycle payroll, ensuring accuracy, and helping improve payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, including bi-weekly runs, bonuses, and terminations
- Handle payroll deductions, taxes, and reconciliations
- Respond to employee payroll questions
- Support process improvements and audits
Requirements:
- Experience in full-cycle payroll
- High-volume payroll processing experience
- Experience with Paylocity preferred (ADP Workforce Now acceptable)
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and accountable
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
