Note: 6 month anticipated assignment. Possibility of extension based on demand. Possibility of conversion, but not a guarantee. Location - Hybrid. Candidate must be located in commutable distance (within 1 hour) to Charlotte, NC. Onsite requirement would depend on project needs but could be onsite several times each month. Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm EST, OT not anticipated. Interview Process: First Round Video Interview with Direct Manager & Commercial Team. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Lead Salesforce implementations across Sales and Service Clouds, including CPQ
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, estimates, and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data modeling, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
