Note: 6 month anticipated assignment. Possibility of extension based on demand. Possibility of conversion, but not a guarantee. Location - Hybrid. Candidate must be located in commutable distance (within 1 hour) to Charlotte, NC. Onsite requirement would depend on project needs but could be onsite several times each month. Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm EST, OT not anticipated. Interview Process: First Round Video Interview with Direct Manager & Commercial Team. Must-Have Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits


• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools)


• Ability to design scalable HLD/LLD solutions following Salesforce best practices


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Developer Certifications


• Manufacturing industry experience


• Salesforce CRMA (Analytics) experience


• Experience with Agile/SaaS delivery models


• Exposure to enterprise architecture and large-scale deployments

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce


• Lead Salesforce implementations across Sales and Service Clouds, including CPQ


• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions


• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools


• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions


• Provide technical guidance, documentation, estimates, and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field


• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience


• Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations


• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data modeling, and reporting


• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
