- Hands-on janitorial or custodial experience in an industrial, commercial, or facility environment
- Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, and proper application
- Safety awareness and PPE compliance in a production or facility setting
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the facility
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, locker rooms, sinks, and common areas
- Restock supplies in restrooms and shared spaces
- Empty trash, replace liners, and clean receptacles
- Dust and clean office spaces, desks, and furniture
- Shampoo carpets and chairs as scheduled
- Clean walls, windows, and windowsills
- Keep janitorial closets and equipment clean, organized, and ready to use
- 6 months of janitorial or custodial experience
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions and manage your workload independently
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be fully cleared prior to start date
- Working knowledge of industrial cleaning products and proper handling procedures
- Fully on-site — this is not a remote position
- PPE is required per facility policy
- Interview is required for this role
