We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Operations Associate (Level 2) to support air export operations in a fast-paced, time-critical logistics environment. This role is ideal for professionals with air import/export exposure and cold chain logistics experience who thrive in operational coordination and shipment integrity management.
🔹 Role Overview:
You will manage export shipments, coordinate with drivers and operations teams, and ensure accurate documentation, on-time dispatch, and strict cold chain compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare and verify export documentation including Master Air Way Bills and SED filings
✔ Coordinate export bookings and monitor shipment approvals
✔ Track inbound/outbound flights, manifests, and dispatch screens
✔ Maintain cold chain integrity, including FDA-hold shipments
✔ Monitor packaging inventory and gel pack conditioning
✔ Coordinate airport dispatch schedules and driver pickups/deliveries
✔ Handle operational calls and escalate issues to management as needed
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Experience in air import/export operations (preferred)
✅ Cold chain logistics experience strongly desired
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✅ Ability to lift 25–70 lbs
✅ Strong multitasking ability with a sense of urgency
✅ Morning shift availability (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM start)
✅ Weekend availability required
