ELEGRP North America Inc. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our team in Atlanta, GA. We are a leading innovator in electrical wiring devices and related solutions.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrator with experience working in the electrical wiring device industry. This position plays a vital role within the organization and will directly impact the sales team’s operational efficiency. The Inside Sales Administrator will report to the Sales Director and will primarily focus on helping streamline sales processes through managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and organizing sales data. Responsibilities
- Coordinating and handling sales related activities
- Processing sales orders as well as managing order fulfillment and delivery timeliness
- Ensure order and invoice accuracy
- Creating and updating sales reports
- Inputting and maintaining customer records, customer interactions, and sales data in CRM software system
- Organize quote inquiry procedure for all company affiliated distributors to track competitors pricing.
- Support both international and domestic OEM accounts and distribution.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and perform basic customer support functions, such as promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns
- Assisting with promotional activities and trade shows
- Assist with email marketing campaigns to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Become an expert on company product offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support specialist
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Familiar with ‘order to cash’ order fulfillment process
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle various tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with sales team members, customers, and other stakeholders for building strong relationships and customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze sales data and generate accurate reports
- Strong ability to problem-solve potential issues that may affect sales operations
- A team player with high level of dedication
Requirements

- Hybrid working environment.
- Some travel for team meetings, customer consultations and tradeshows.
- Sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer
- No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally may be required.
