Overview
We are seeking an Program Manager to oversee programs and services, ensuring compliance with Minnesota 245D and 256B.0659 licensing standards, quality outcomes, and person-centered supports. This leadership role supervises Care and Office Coordinators and directs service delivery across multiple program types.
Essential Functions
- Lead program compliance with MN Stat. 245D and 256B.0659 standards; conduct internal reviews and corrective actions.
- Supervise and develop Care and Office Coordinators and direct support staff; customarily and regularly direct the work of two or more employees.
- Oversee person-centered planning and evaluate service effectiveness using measurable outcomes.
- Manage incident reporting, emergency response, and documentation; ensure data integrity and timely submissions.
- Coordinate training and verify staff competency in required 245D.09 areas; maintain personnel and training record
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field and one year of full-time experience providing direct care services; OR
- Associate degree and two years of experience; OR
- Diploma in a related field and three years of experience; OR
- Minimum of 50 hours of human services training plus four years of experience under qualified supervision.
Preferred: 3 years of supervisory-level experience in programs serving persons with disabilities or older adults.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $63k–$68k DOE
Benefits: Paid time off (PTO); and eligibility for a health insurance stipend.
