We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the client in leading multiple complex IT and business initiatives. This role oversees large-scale programs, manages cross-functional teams, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and drives delivery using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
The ideal candidate will excel in executive communication, stakeholder management, vendor oversight, testing coordination, and organizational change management. This Program Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, budgeting expertise, risk management, and the ability to guide multiple project managers across simultaneous workstreams.

• High school diploma/GED and 9 years managing IT and business projects (degree equivalencies allowed).
• 2 years serving in a lead role with cross-division collaboration.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Active CSM or SAFe certification.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Project.
• 1 year of experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Ability to create and manage project/program plans using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing vendor deliverables and contractual scope.
• Experience leading testing cycles (unit, performance, functional, UAT).
• Proven ability to manage project managers and lead enterprise-level delivery.
• Strong executive-level communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Ability to manage budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk/issue management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience program managing large, complex SaaS implementations.
• Experience in transit initiatives.
• Strong emotional intelligence and soft-skills for navigating organizational dynamics.
• Proven success delivering large initiatives under tight constraints.
• Experience with PPM tools.
• Experience with organizational change management and transformation efforts.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and PMO process enhancements.
