What You'll Be Doing:
- Mastering our proven sales process from prospecting to delivery
- Making 50 outbound sales calls per day to drive business
- Presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned inventory to customers
- Building strong relationships and turning buyers into loyal clients
- Staying up to date on new products, incentives, and training
- Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including 12 units per month
- Maintaining high CSI scores and delivering a top-tier customer experience
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team-player mindset with a drive to win
- Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
