What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle — while delivering a smooth, professional, no-pressure experience.
Responsibilities include:

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional way (first impressions matter!)

Learn customer needs and match them with the right vehicle, trim, and features

Perform vehicle walkarounds and demos with confidence and product knowledge

Follow up with leads using phone, text, email, CRM tools, and social platforms

Stay organized with appointments, pipeline updates, and daily prospecting

Maintain professionalism and energy on the showroom floor every day
