What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
- Build relationships that create lifelong customers.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information using our CRM.
- Work closely with management to achieve personal and dealership sales goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
- Stay knowledgeable on Ford products, financing options, and current incentives.
- Prospect for future business and maintain an active customer pipeline.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
