What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads from our website and referral services
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM software
- Provide accurate quotes on vehicle pricing, rates, and inventory availability
- Set appointments and greet clients in person for vehicle presentations
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory
- Collect and process credit applications both online and in-store
- Stay current on Ford product knowledge, market trends, and certifications
- Consistently meet performance standards in customer satisfaction, gross profit, and unit sales
What You Bring:
- Previous sales or automotive experience preferred
