Procurement Analyst
**W2 Contract, min of 12 months** ONSITE out of NYC office** Target W2 $30-33/hr
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the SaaS procurement process by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of services
- Reconcile and submit invoices by partnering with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Assist in processing any accounting requests, ensuring alignment with financial policies
- Handle vendor onboarding requests, including verifying credentials, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless integration into the system
- Work on improving the accuracy and maintaining vendor data in the internal project tracking systems to operational efficiency
Qualifications:

- 3-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role
