FTAI POWER a division of FTAI Aviation, Ltd. (Nasdaq: FTAI) is developing a first-of-kind 25MW aeroderivative gas turbine package based on the CFM56 engine, targeting data center baseload, IPP peaking, and remote generation applications.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Procurement Analyst to own supply chain execution across an active, capital equipment development program. This will involve managing bills of materials, running point on supplier relationships, and keep procurement moving against real engineering deadlines.
You will work closely with senior members of the finance, engineering, and commercial teams, gaining meaningful exposure and hands‑on experience. This role is well‑suited for an early‑career professional seeking to develop deep expertise in industrial procurement while contributing to a high‑impact, complex program.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the master procurement and supply tracking across all major workstreams and vendor packages, ensuring accuracy and version control
- Issue purchase orders and drive vendor delivery: lead times, payment milestones, shipping coordination
- Be the day-to-day voice with suppliers, chasing documentation, resolving delays, building relationships
- Track and flag supply chain risks before they become problems; keep leadership ahead of the curve
- Support RFP processes, quote benchmarking, and vendor evaluation as the program scales
- Own the procurement dashboard, spend tracking, status reporting, milestone alignment
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or project coordination
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, manage details effectively, and consistently follow through on commitments
- Proficiency in Excel and strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable developing tracking tools and engaging directly with vendors across time zones
- Self‑motivated professional who takes ownership of responsibilities and excels at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Prior exposure to industrial, capital equipment, energy, or infrastructure environments strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred
