EHM Senior Solutions is eager to welcome a new, full-time Program Manager for our Memory Support Center. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, developing and directing of the day-to-day functions, programs and activities for the Brecon Village Senior Living - Memory Support Center. This candidate will assure that the highest degree of quality service is delivered at all times to those we serve.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the Executive Director concerning the operation of the center.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent supervisors, caregivers and other personnel.
- Work with the Executive Director to prepare an annual operating budget for approval and the resources to carry out programs and activities of the memory support center.
- Review resident and family concerns and make written reports of action taken. Discuss with residents and family as appropriate.
- At least 5 years experience working with dementia or cognitive deficit disorders
- Experience as an Assisted Living Manager, preferably at a licensed facility
- Bachelor's degree in health related field OR an Associate's degree in nursing with a minimum of 2 years management experience
- Management: 2 years (Required)
- Dementia or cognitive deficit disorders: 5 years (Required)
- Hands-on care: 1 year (Required)
- Full-time: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
