What you will do as a Registered Nurse with Shared Services Home Health Care:
Not only will you be growing in your career, but you will also be gaining another family.
- Regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs.
- Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
- Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
- Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.
- Visit clients routinely in order to observe and evaluate each clients' physical and emotional status.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all client care information.
- Monitor nursing care to ensure that all clients are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect.

What it takes to join our team:
- Schedule: On Call Monday-Friday Rotation
- At least 1 year experience in Home Care preferred
- 1-2 years RN experience in acute care
- Valid RN License
