Learning and Development Program Manager
The Learning and Development Program Manager will serve as the primary learning liaison within an assigned business entity, acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders, HRBP, and other leaders. This role is responsible for assessing learning needs, managing the end-to-end ADDIE process, and ensuring alginment between business goals and learning initiatives. While this roles does not have direct reports, the Program Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with the Learning and Development Curriculum, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure learning solutions are designed, developed, implemented and evaluated effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to assess organizational and team learning needs.
- Conduct performance and skills gap analyses to identify opportunities for training and development.
- Translate business goals into L&D strategies and initiatives.
- Partner with the Curriculum Team to design and develop effective, engaging training programs that address identified needs.
- Provide input on learning objectives, modality selection, and content alignment to business requirements.
- Ensure training aligns with organizational learning strategy and standards.
- Work with the LMS & Delivery Team to plan and execute training rollouts across multiple platforms and modalities.
- Support communication, scheduling, and coordination of training delivery.
- Ensure smooth learner experience and adoption of training programs.
- Partner with the Governance team to define measurement strategies and success criteria.
- Monitor training effectiveness through follow-ups at 30, 60, 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
- Analyze feedback, performance data, and business outcomes to recommend improvements.
- Serve as the central point of contact for L&D within the entity.
- Track progress of L&D initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of training initiatives with compliance, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in program management, learning & development, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE or other instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Strong ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
- Analytical skills to measure learning impact and translate data into actionable insights.
