Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market share
- Coordinate with Sales and Distribution to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product features and specifications
- Manage complex development schedules to ensure timely product launches - Become the prime technical “Voice of the Customer” within EG4
- Interface with Executive Management for insight and plan execution
- Create profit and loss statements to evaluate product line performance
- Manage margins and set pricing to maximize profit and drive growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing or technical roles, preferably in the solar equipment industry
- Proven track record in product development or product management
- Proven ability to manage complex products on schedule and within budget
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
