Full Job Description

Job Purpose:

• To prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals in a large high-volume, professional kitchen for the men and woman who serve our country

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook meals according to standardized recipes and food safety protocols.
• Work as part of a disciplined and focused culinary team.
• Ensure all meals are prepared on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Serve food to customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a line cook or other restaurant cooking.
• Experience in preparing meals for large groups such as in a college or hospital setting.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (Serve Safe Certified is a plus).
• Ability to work in a structured team-based environment.
