Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble components according to standardized recipes and menu specifications
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple stations and maintaining a steady workflow
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning ideas and daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
