ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to support our premier technology client’s logistics and network operations team. This 9-month contract role will focus on analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, and supporting supply chain capacity planning across the client’s network in Seattle, WA. Schedule is M-F, 8am-5pm.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to help drive operational efficiency. This position requires strong Excel skills, basic SQL knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Analyze supply chain and operational data to support network capacity planning
• Use Excel and data analysis tools to manipulate and interpret large datasets
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational waste
• Support problem-solving initiatives to improve network performance and efficiency
• Maintain and update internal documentation and operational resources used for training and reference
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and support operational decision-making
• Learn and adapt to new tools and internal systems used to support supply chain operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
• 0–5 years of experience in supply chain, data analytics, operations, or a related analytical role
• Strong data manipulation skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing datasets
• Strong mathematical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new tools and collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role
• Previous experience working with large-scale operations environments
• Understanding of networking technologies or system configurations
