EdTheory is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of K–12 School Staffing Practice Division to lead, scale, and optimize our national school staffing services. This role is ideal for a senior leader who understands K–12 systems, workforce strategy, and the operational excellence required to deliver high-quality talent to school districts at scale.

Role Overview
The Head of K–12 School Staffing Practice Division will have full ownership of the strategy, growth, and performance of EdTheory’s K–12 staffing practice. This leader will drive expansion, strengthen district partnerships, and collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, sales, and compliance teams to ensure excellence across all staffing programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and scale the K–12 School Staffing Practice Division nationally
• Set strategic vision, goals, and execution plans for growth and impact
• Own divisional performance, outcomes, and continuous improvement
• Partner with recruitment teams to attract, develop, and retain high-quality educators and specialists
• Collaborate with sales and district partners to expand and strengthen service offerings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district staffing regulations
• Develop scalable systems, processes, and best practices
• Represent EdTheory as a trusted partner to district leaders and stakeholders
Ideal Background
• 10 years of experience in K–12 education, staffing, or workforce leadership
• Proven experience building and scaling staffing programs or service lines
• Strong understanding of school district operations and educator workforce needs
• Strategic, data-driven leader with strong execution skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Passion for improving educational access and outcomes
