What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Career Services Manager position at EdTheory?
Job description:
We’re Building the Future of Special Education. Join Us.
At EdTheory, we’re not just filling positions. We’re shaping the future of special education by connecting remarkable clinicians with the students and schools that need them most. Our work is deeply human, purpose-driven, and anchored in the belief that when you invest in people, you transform entire communities.
As we expand our national footprint, we’re seeking a visionary Senior Career Services Manager to elevate our talent ecosystem and build the pathways that bring exceptional educational clinicians into classrooms nationwide. This is more than a recruitment role. It’s an opportunity to influence the trajectory of the field, create life-changing career opportunities for practitioners, and strengthen the services students receive across the country.
In this role, you will lead the design of high-impact recruitment systems, champion best-in-class candidate experiences, and mentor a growing team dedicated to excellence. You will be the bridge between talented Speech-Language Pathologists and special education professionals and the meaningful work that awaits them.
This position is especially rewarding for Speech-Language Pathologists considering a transition into leadership, talent strategy, or operations. Your clinical insight and firsthand understanding of the field become powerful assets, allowing you to connect authentically with candidates, guide them with confidence, and shape a workforce that reflects the highest standards of care.
If you’re driven by purpose, inspired by people, and excited to innovate within a mission-centered organization, EdTheory is where you can build, grow, and make a lasting impact.
