Head of Robotics
Location: Texas, USA (Hybrid)
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 bonus/equity

Key Skills / Experience
Required:
- Proven experience leading robotics or autonomous systems teams.
- Strong programming in C and Python.
- Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2.
- Background in embedded systems, mechatronics, or hardware integration.
- Experience delivering complex systems into real-world environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Beneficial:
- Experience with computer vision, SLAM, or perception systems.
- Knowledge of real-time systems and control algorithms.
- Exposure to AI/ML in robotics applications.
- Experience in scaling engineering teams in a growth environment.
