We are seeking a Project Manager with strong operations and office management experience to support organizational objectives in a dynamic environment. This role provides project coordination, operational oversight, and administrative leadership while supporting senior management and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate operational and administrative projects across teams
- Provide high-level support to senior leadership and group managers, as well as daily support to administrative and project support staff
- Support hiring activities, onboarding, training coordination, and workforce tracking
- Assist with budget tracking, reporting, procurement, and resource management
- Prepare essential reports and analyses for operational and programmatic support
- Support safety, compliance, and policy-driven operational requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in project management, operations, or office management
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Knowledge and experience with Los Alamos National Laboratory operations and procedures
- Work experience in a construction management environment
- United States Citizenship
- Active DOE Q Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain
