Edenbrook Green Bay part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is a skilled nursing facility and we are seeking a Full-time Certified Dietary Manager.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm
The successful candidate for the role of Certified Dietary Manager will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion, and a desire to provide the best of nutritious meals for our residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
- Manage staff in the kitchen environment
- Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
- Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
- Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

Are you:
- Customer service orientated
- Certified as a Dietary Manager (or completing certification within a year of hire)
- Experienced in long-term care
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
