The Dietary Manager Assistant for our Shady Lane Inc. campus is responsible for preparing and serving food, assisting with dishes/sanitation, supervising Dietary staff, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring all Federal and State regulations are followed.
The typical Full Time schedule will be 8AM-4:30PM during the week and 5:30AM-2:30PM every other Weekend/Every Other Holiday with flexibility to adapt to the needs of our facility and be Oncall every other Friday-Sunday/Holiday (same Weekend/Holiday worked).
To be considered for this exciting position we are looking for the following qualifications:
- High school Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cook position preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Leadership position preferred
