Dietary Aide (Part-time)

We are looking for a positive and reliable Part-Time Dietary Aide who understands how important his/her work is to providing quality care for residents.

Position: Part-time Dietary Aide

Shift Schedule: 3:00pm to 7:00pm (but open availability is preferred) with every other weekend and holiday

Main Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms
• Cleaning eating areas after meals
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
• Additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary services is required
• Positive attitude and willingness to help.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask in a busy environment.
• Previous food service experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and compassionate
