Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) – New York City (On-Site)

The Role
As a Founding SDR, you’ll be instrumental in building pipeline and shaping the outbound motion from day one. You’ll engage senior decision-makers across large enterprises, drive high-quality meetings, and play a key role in accelerating revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and research target accounts within enterprise organisations
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (cold calls & email)
- Maintain a clean, organised CRM pipeline with consistent follow-ups
- Hit (and exceed) targets for meetings and qualified opportunities
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years’ experience in sales, SDR, or lead generation roles
- Strong outbound skills (cold calling email)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar (preferred)
- Background in SaaS or tech
